The customer is a leading domestic LED power supply manufacturer and listed enterprise. Xunmao has designed 13 production lines for it and built a newly put into operation fully automatic assembly, testing and aging production line.

       The deployment of equipment has reduced the number of staff on each production line from 75 to 22, resulting in more stable quality and higher efficiency. Innovative design and control architecture, as well as screen display operation manuals, have greatly improved the efficiency of managers and production sites.

       This project is a comprehensive practice of automation and informatization, where all material information and usage are measured and recorded. The system's upper computer software is deeply integrated with the factory's MES system and interconnected with the enterprise's ERP system, providing a feasible implementation platform for Industry 4.0.
